Wednesday Services:  Services begin at 7 pm.  Our adult group is studyng the Book of Acts.  Bro. Tim Cheatham is teaching the course.  Special activities are provided for children and youth.  These are led by Danna Cheatham.  Everyone is invited to join the adults, children or youth in this mid-week study, worship and prayer service.

Our regular monthly 3rd Sunday luncheon fellowship is a special time of breaking bread together.  Each member family generally brings one or more items to share. There is always plenty to eat and great conversation as we use this time to catch up on friends and families.  Everyone is invited to join us whether members or not!

WMU meets the 4th Sunday evening at 7 pm in Fellowship Hall immediately following a short general congregational assembly.  All ladies are invited to attend.  This group reviews various mission opportunities and makes recommendations to the congregation on how to support the various local, state and SBC mission endeavors. This group also leads the congregation in praying for missionaries and community or local mission related needs.

Men meet regularly at 7 pm on the 4th Sunday evening in the auditorium prior to beginning project work.  All men are invited to join this group for this special ministry to the congregation.

The 5th Saturday Old-Fashioned Gospel Singing is a quarterly event of outreach to the local communities in Milam and surrounding counties.  The evening generally features congregational singing, solos, and instrumental specials of convention and contemporary gospel music as well as traditional hymns. Refreshments are served in the fellowship hall following the singing.  If you enjoy the type of gospel music written by Bill Gaither, Albert Brumley, John Peterson, and Fannie Crosby, you will enjoy this eveningof praise and worship through song.  Everyone is invited!

Let’s continue our ongoing support of the mission project - Pocket Change for the Pregnancy Center of Hope:  Baby bottles are in classrooms and boxes for other donations are in the front foyer.
